We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Making a reservation for our group of 20 people was incredibly easy, and everything was perfectly organized. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning interior and lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional! A special thank you to our server, Bryan, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the evening. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. I made reservations for 10/23 at 7:30pm. When the bday girl and I arrived we noticed the bar was pretty empty and figured we'll sit there since the bar staff is usually attentive. We sat there for 20min until anyone acknowledged us, finally the blonde bartender gives us menus. Again waited for someone to take our order. We then receive some bread around 8:20p almost an hour sitting at this place. Luckily food was good, the only highlight of this place.

My friend and I noticed other patrons coming in who probably knew the owner because the blonde bartender suddenly becomes very personable and she had the worst customer service with us. Maybe because we weren't Russian...

Long story short, felt very dismissed and I wouldn't dine here again. Highlight was the food and live entertainment. The venue itself is esthetically pleasing. Don't go hungry! I think I tipped 15% that night and I was being generous.

Stay away from oily risotto. Appetizers were good. Lamb shank, ravioli were enjoyed. Waitress were understaffed which made service slow. Sat for 15 minutes before anyone came to our table. Live performance was very good but too loud for a restaurant. When no live performance music volume was fine. Attractive restaurant in need of some improvement.
